Counter Club

A trusted private community for CVCs

The Counter Club is a network of corporate venture capitalists brought together by common challenges and opportunities to share, learn and collaborate. We organize events, broker introductions and open up our CVC Playbook to both nascent and mature corporate venture capitalists. Counterpart Ventures serves as a trusted, unbiased external advisor to corporate investors providing knowledge, expertise and advice in contentious situations.

Our events (both online and in-person) are free to attend, however access is invite-only so please introduce yourself to a member of the team to gain entry to the community. Our events are all educational in nature. We open up many of the landmines that CVCs tend to navigate and provide clarity through the leadership of others who have navigated these challenges already. We act as this intermediary between CVCs and a gatekeeper of information to dispel CVC myths and encourage best practice.

The Counter Club congregates at our annual Counter conference, held in San Francisco. We also host a number of events throughout the year with our Counter Council partners, Silicon Valley Bank, Aduro Advisors, Pitchbook and Lowenstein Sandler.
